These terms apply when you buy from us at ndangered.com. Nothing in them reduces your legal rights as a consumer.
Who we are
We are NDANGERED, a clothing brand based in the UK. Our legal name, geographic address and any company or VAT number are on our contact page. You can email us at enquiries@ndangered.com.
How ordering works
- Check the region in the top bar. The prices you see and the checkout you go to are the ones for that region. You can change it at any time.
- Choose an item and a size on its product page. There's no shopping bag: each size links straight to its own checkout for your region.
- Checkout is a page run by our payment provider, Stripe, on buy.stripe.com. Enter your details there.
- Check your order and the total before you pay. You can correct your details on the checkout page, or go back to our site to change your choice.
- Pay. Stripe emails you a receipt and you land on our order confirmation page.
The contract between you and us is made when your payment is taken and Stripe emails you a receipt. We may also email you a confirmation.
We keep a record of your order. There are no customer accounts on this site, so your Stripe receipt is your copy.
Orders and these terms are in English only. We may change these terms for future orders. Your order is covered by the version on this page when you placed it, so save or print a copy when you order.
Pre-orders
Everything we sell is a pre-order. You pay in full when you order, and we send the item later.
Before pre-orders open, each product page will show an estimated dispatch window. That is when we expect to send your order. Delivery time comes on top of it.
If we can't ship within that window, we'll email you. You can then cancel for a full refund or keep your order.
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund, including delivery, at any time before it ships. Email orders@ndangered.com with your order details. We refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of your email.
If we can't supply an item you've ordered, we'll email you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
We show prices for four regions, each in its own currency.
- United Kingdom
- Pounds sterling (GBP). Also covers the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
- Europe
- Euros (EUR). Covers the EU countries, plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City and Andorra.
- United States
- US dollars (USD). Also covers Puerto Rico.
- Rest of the world
- US dollars (USD).
To pick your region, the site checks which country your connection is coming from, or your device's time zone if that doesn't work. The top bar then asks you to confirm it or pick another. Each region has its own Stripe checkout links, so you pay in the currency shown for your region.
A piece or size may not be sold in every region. If it isn't sold in yours, the product page says so.
The price shown for an item is the total price, including any VAT that applies. Delivery is charged on top, and you see the delivery charge at checkout before you pay.
If you order from outside the UK, your country may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. These aren't part of our price. Our shipping page will explain how this works before pre-orders open.
Stripe handles payment. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your full card number.
If a price is so obviously wrong that you could reasonably have spotted the mistake, we can cancel the order. We'll tell you by email and refund you in full.
Delivery, risk and ownership
We'll publish these details on our shipping page before pre-orders open.

- Delivery times
- Coming soon
The dispatch window on the product page, plus the delivery time for your address, is the period we agree to deliver in. If we miss it, you can give us a new deadline that's reasonable in the circumstances. If we miss that too, you can end the contract and we'll refund everything you paid. You can end the contract straight away if we refuse to deliver, or if delivery on time was essential and you told us so before you ordered or it was clear at the time.
Your order is at our risk until it's delivered to you, or to someone you've asked to receive it. If a parcel is lost or damaged on the way, we'll replace the item or refund you. The items become yours when they're delivered.
Your right to cancel
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 let you cancel at any time from placing your order until 14 days after the day it's delivered. If it arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days run from the day after the last one arrives. You don't have to give a reason.
To cancel, email returns@ndangered.com with your order details. You can use the model cancellation form at the end of this page, but you don't have to. Any clear message saying you want to cancel is enough.
If you cancel before your order ships, you get a full refund as set out under Pre-orders. If it has already shipped, you then have 14 days, starting the day after you tell us, to send it back. You pay the return postage, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing.
We refund you within 14 days of getting the item back, or of you sending us proof that you've posted it if that comes first. The refund goes to your original payment method and includes the standard delivery charge you paid. It doesn't include the extra cost of any premium delivery you chose. We don't charge a fee for refunds.
Items should come back unworn, unwashed and with the tags on. You can try something on to check the size and fit, as you would in a shop. If an item has been handled more than that and has lost value as a result, the law allows us to reduce your refund by that amount.
If you want a different size, email us. If we still have it, we swap it. If we don't, we refund you.
Our returns and refunds page has the full steps.
Faulty items and your legal rights
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that what we sell must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty or isn't what you ordered, you're entitled to the following.
- Within 30 days of delivery, you can reject it for a full refund.
- After 30 days, you can ask us to repair or replace it. You can also ask for this within the first 30 days instead of a refund.
- If a repair or replacement isn't possible, doesn't fix the problem, or isn't done within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you can choose a price reduction or reject the item for a refund. This is called the final right to reject.
If you use the final right to reject within six months of delivery, you get a full refund. After six months, the law allows us to deduct an amount for the use you've had.
A fault that shows up within six months of delivery is taken to have been there from the start, unless we can show it wasn't. After six months, it's for you to show that it was. You can bring a claim up to six years after delivery, or five years in Scotland.
We pay the return postage for faulty items and for items we sent in error. Any refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing that you're owed one. To start, email returns@ndangered.com with your order details and tell us what's wrong.
Our liability to you
If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. Loss is foreseeable if it was obvious it would happen, or if you and we both knew it might happen when the contract was made. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable.
We sell our products for personal use. If you use them for business or resale, we aren't liable to you for business losses such as lost profit.
We don't exclude or limit our liability where the law doesn't allow it. That includes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of anyone acting for us
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- breaking your legal rights over the goods, including that they are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality
- defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987
Events outside our control
If an event outside our reasonable control delays your order, we'll email you as soon as we can and take reasonable steps to limit the delay. If we do that, we aren't liable for the delay. If it could be a long one, you can cancel and we'll refund you for anything you've paid for and not received. This doesn't change our responsibility for parcels lost or damaged on the way to you.
Your personal data
We use the details you give at checkout to deliver your order and to contact you about it. Stripe processes your payment. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data and your rights under UK data protection law.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, email enquiries@ndangered.com and tell us what happened. We'll look into it and reply as soon as we can.
If we can't settle your complaint, we'll tell you in writing. We'll give you the name and website of an accredited alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider that could deal with it, and say whether we're willing to use it. You can also get free advice from Citizens Advice in England and Wales, Advice Direct Scotland in Scotland, or Consumerline in Northern Ireland.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim about your order in the courts of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the consumer rights that Scottish or Northern Irish law gives you, and you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live. If you live outside the UK, you keep any consumer rights that the law of your country gives you and that a contract can't take away.
